Northstowe Jubilee Party

Bring a picnic to share with friends and soon to be friends here in Northstowe as we all celebrate Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee together.
Northstowe Town Council, in partnership with many other local groups are arranging a fun afternoon with dancing, craft activities and kite flying.

12 Noon
Site Opens for Bring and Share Picnic - Please bring your own picnic blankets, chairs. Enjoy sharing food and company with each other outside the Community Wing and on Pioneer Park
1:30pm
Opening Ceremony with the Major, Richard Owen, Children from Pathfinder School and Rev'd Beth Cope.
2-4pm
Pioneer Cafe open for refreshments and snacks, Craft activities and biscuit decorating along with heritage display in the Community Wing
2-5pm
Kite making and flying, Activity and reflection trail celebrating Queen Elizabeth's life and faith, Pathfinder School Field
2:30- 3:15 and 4:10-5pm
Family Street Ceilidh led by Cambridge University Ceidlih Band on street outside the community wing

Crowning of "King and Queen" of Northstowe
